Today, 10/3/2023, on the way back from university from Stonybrook station, I didn't have a proper ticket because I was unable to buy a ticket from Stonybrook to Northport, (my Visa card was locked) but I had one from Northport to Jamaica. I was going to ask the ticket instructor if I could use that ticket instead of buying a new one (as the ticket I had was from northport to Jamaica which coats 12.75 and the ticket from stonybrook to northport costs 3.50). But before I could say that the ticket instructed exploded at me, yelling "I KNOW YOUR DEAL, YOU'RE AHEAD OF THE GAME. YOU'VE DONE THIS TO MY COWORKERS BEFORE." I have never tried to get a free ride and never will, this was just unacceptable. It was embarrassing. This happened on the train from Stonybrook station to Northport station at 6:42pm today. I was being treated unfairly and it’s not right. I am a commuter so if this problem is not addressed now I will keep being treated unfairly by the instructors. Pls take this into consideration.

Desired outcome: Commuters like me can be treated fairly. The instructor who did this to me should be toldTo treat passengers with respect and kindness.
