Ticket-Centre.com review: Overcharged for tickets

I was looking to book Blue Jay's tickets for June 2023 games, when I google Jays tickets ticket-centre.com came up and stated official tickets for the Blue Jays.
I went through the process of picking my seats (needed 4), found 4 together close to where other family was sitting and selected the tickets. Stated face value of tickets was 79$ CAD.

I accepted the terms and conditions as I would purchasing tickets from ticketmaster, not thinking anything of it.
I got the email confirmation for 663.50? I was expecting around 350.00$ for the 4 tickets with admin charges. What charged on my credit card was for $914.65.

When I clicked on the link for the contact us at the bottom of the confirmation, the site doesn't exist. I went back to the site and found another contact us and questioned the charges, and asked them to cancel my order (all within 60 minutes of the order). The advised that it is a private seller, tickets were 166.00 each and in USD. They advised that there is 0 refund policy per the terms and conditions that I agreed to.

Panicked, I googled the blue jays site directly vs ticket sales, and found the official site for ticket sales. I could have bought the same tickets for 325.15 had I been in the right site to begin with.

Upon further searching of the company, I found alot of reviews, comments, and complaints stating that this site is a scam, and often the tickets and products are not received. I tried getting the charge cancelled on my credit card, but they can not file a dispute until 15 days after the charge is posted (currently only pending), and then has to be max 120 days. Based on the "delivery date" of my tickets, I will not get them until June 4, 2 days prior to game day, and the failure to receive the product will be outside of the max 120 days dispute time on my Credit Card.
