TIAA's website in a NIGHTMARE to deal with !
Tried to set up a Recurring Withdrawal and met with them losing my process n their system, Associates with HEAVY accents, Chats with agents who couldn't keep any straight (confused)...it took me SEVERAL days of Phone Calls to get everything going PROPERLY !
I was told that I had not "COMPLETED" the website process when it was not obvious HOW or WHAT was needed to be done !
They seem to CANCEL OUT what is going on - midway thru it !
It is VERY Frustrating dealing with their "system" !
Recommendation: Try to kep from having a HEART ATTACK dealing with TIAA and ignore the "We're Sorry" rubbish !
