I'm requesting that the cement foundation under the rear stairs, stairs which the railing is wobbly. Sidewalk leading from rear stairs to street where I fell, foundation under Air Condition be replaced and driveway that has crakes, and large holes. The whole cemented area needs replacing. I'm an Iraq War Veteran diagnosed with PTSD, DEMNTIA, CLUSTER & MIGRAINE HEADES, SLEEP APNEA and CHRONIC ALLERGIC RHINITIS.
