Thomson review: Refrigerator / freezer

I have emailed customer service for the fifth time requesting a replacement part for cracked plastic bin in refrigerator upon purchasing. Sent all the information they requested along with copy of sales receipt and picture of cracked bin, yet they have responded back asking to send same information to another email address. No one will take ownership of simple issue to just mail out the part.
