TGA are total liars. They’ve submitted a fake report on hit and run incident and apparently I am the one to blame. But the thing is that all the details that they have provided about the incident are totally wrong. They haven’t guessed anything besides my license plate number (even color of the car was wrong). The nearest AutoBody car service confirmed that my car had no visual signs of impact. Basically their accusation is falling in pieces. However, Thomas George Associates is still sending me letters with requests to pay the fine. They are complete scammers and their activities are illegal. Don’t be fooled by them.

This company is trying to get my husband for a hit and run but there is no damage to my husband's vehicle and the info the claim the have on him isn't even correct they have my vehicle plqtes. but say it was my husband. (no damage to either of our vehicles) Say it was a hit and run. First they tried to claim it on my.insurance and was shut down by my ins company now they are going after my hubby no way I'm paying their scam money. Looks like they do this kind of thing to lots of people wish we could [censored] thos company down.

We received three letters signed by John Shaughnessy in three consecutive months from this company asking us to pay the money for the claim with Liberty Mutual Insurance. We called the phone number [protected] (provided in mail) and talked to that guy. He was so rude, did not want to hear us but keep asking when and how we would pay the debt we did not owe. We informed Liberty Mutual Insurance and asked them to investigate that fake debt collector.

Just got a phone call from them looking for my husband. Apparently in August 2015 he caused a car accident and they "have all his information". Too bad he was on his way home from a Navy Deployment during that time so good luck trying to get that scam to work! Ugh scammers are the worst!

I got a letter in the mail from Thomas George Associates saying I owe over 2, 000$. This is clearly as scam, because the accident I was in on the date they claimed the other party has my insurance information. The other party's policy is not even with the insurance company that TGA claimed they had. They claimed they had Liberty Mutual and I called and asked about claim number and LM did not even have my name in their computer system. I called my own insurance company and they said that they paid out for the damages and the case is closed. I am not replying to this letter.
