ThermaTru review: Patio door complaint not acknowledged

A couple weeks ago we wrote a review/complaint regarding three sets of ThermaTru patio doors we purchased and installed a year ago. We attached photos showing the deplorable state of the paint that is falling off. We received an email asking to verify our email address, so we know our review was received.
