The Well Guru review: They didn't provide any help or support 1

My husband ordered water filter from the company www.thewellguru.com. They delivered it on time and everything was ok, but after 4 days it suddenly stopped to work. He called to their customer support and asked to provide any help. They promised to send the tech, but this jerk never showed up. WTF? We called them again and again, but they only promised to provide new tech. These people are scammers and liars, who don’t provide any help. Please post your comments about this company.
