I ordered a viper cover from The Viper Store.com and have had nothing but hassles. Their customer service completely sucks and only get back to you when they feel like it. I was given a non-active tracking number for my item and was told they would sort it out and get back to me. Still have yet to hear from them after 2weeks!

Their prices are absolutely ridiculous as well. They overprice everything by atleast 20%!

I have nothing good to say about the viper store. I recently purchase a viper truck hood from which they ship trough a freight service which they informed me I was getting a tracking number so I was trying to be patient for a week and then I email them regarding my tracking and of course didn't reply and then the following week they email me saying the freight company couldn't get in touch with me so they shipped the hood back to them and if I still want it I was going to pay the freight service again...so spent your hard earn money somewhere else

I have shopped with The Viper Store for years and have had excellent service consistantly. I found they have the biggest selection of products and are there whenever I need them. Tom Berns, CA
