The Villa Mansion property is made to appear as part of the Rosewood / Mansion on Turtle Creek group, it is not. It is run down and several units have been for lease for years; very high rental rates according to the leasing site of Judy Pittman a Dallas Real Estate agent. Several issues related to the family cross over into this property. It appears the Puig's have several law suits against them prior to the YSP investagation. Check out all information on this property and family prior to becoming involved. Shady business abound; the 3424 Gillespie street property appears to be run down even with a few attempts to band aid the appearance. Be aware that this family has many people looking into what they are involved in.
Have read further fraud efforts regading Mr. Lance Puig on the site under YSP; many people interested in this case and his family. Lets make sure we keep the focus on these people. The message should be to stop Lance Puig, recover funds and investigate the entire Puig clan; I am certain he learned his behavior from his father Winston Puig. Dig into everything is the best approach to stop this scam.

I lived at the villas at the mansion for over 2 years. It was a nice and quiet sanctuary while we were building our new home. The place was very well groomed, and staff was very accommodating. I was quite impressed by the instant response whenever I had a request and I wish I had them to help me at my new home! I have recommended the villas to many of my friends mainly because it was very convenient and easy and no problems.
I lived at the Villas for several years and I loved it! I had no problems with the property or the staff. Not sure what you're talking about! I have referred several friends there and they were impressed.

Part of the Puig Family property / Lance Puig is the son of the owner of The Villas at the Mansion (A. Winston Puig). The property appears to be run down and views from the rear lot show vacant units and dead trees. Front View, bad landscaping and again run down look; not part of the hotel across the street. Judy Pitman Dallas real estate agents has had two listings for lease for over two years, now a new unit #3 is listed and already reduced. Bad property with a very bad history. check out all web sites on the owner and the property. Run down rip off for a large amount money. Stay away from The Villas at the Mansion.
