This letter is so old it says we can request the free membership by mail or FAX.

Reviews indicate this is Neo Tech which I paid for about 40 years ago.

There's plenty to find on Google on this so I will not repeat it here.

I think the sender's intent is to sell our mailing information to an unlimited number of scumbags perpetuating further fraud.
