The left directional was not working. I went to the Kia dealership in Shrewsbury, Ma to have it repaired. The bulb was taken out and replaced, charge was $70.00
A week later the left directional was not working again, I went back, and the bulb was loosened by Hose, screwed back in, directional working again. The third time I went back, which was another week later, the direction is not working. The bulb was replace, and I left. The 4th time I went in, which is another week later, the left directional is not working. I went over Jose's position and I asked to speak to Stan the manager. I told the manager that he has to make this right, I have been there 4 times to fix a left directional. Stan told me not to worry about it. He won't charge me, he will take care of it. So I went back on August 3rd, and now I am going to be charged $726.00 for the repair of the left directional, and I have to wait for a part to be ordered by the mechanic Mr. King. I want Kia Consumer Affairs to do something about all this absurdity. Contact me at [protected]@yahoo.com
Desired outcome: It does not take 4 to 5 attempts by the mechanic at Wagner Kia in Shrewsbury, Ma to fix a left directional and it certainly will not cost me $726.00 to repair a left blinker. I want this made right.
