Doug Bailey and the Pop Shop are a complete scam. Doug sells you a dream and makes you sign a year long contract. The after signing this contract you realize that what he sold you and what you get are two different things. Doug Bailey only is concerned with getting your monthly payment, nothing more.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
What this person posted is FALSE INFORMATION about the Pop Shop! This person is writing negative reviews on the web every day, trying to shut the Pop Shop down but they won't prevail! Please call the Pop Shop and make an appointment. You will love it!

I've seen the Pop Shop scam first hand. Doug Bailey (the owner) is a fast talking snake oil salesman who's only talent is getting parents to sign a year long contract using fake testimonials. You sing up thinking that you get High School Musical, but what you really get is minimum wage low talent instructors working out of a two car garage with dirty floors. The first thing that i noticed is that almost every credible teacher listed on the Pop Shop web site either no longer works at the Pop Shop, or NEVER did work at the Pop Shop! In addition, The Pop Shop web site talks about all of these kids that are doing or have done big things in the singing, dancing and acting world, when in fact the pop shop has had nothing to do with the success of these kids. Parents usually send there child to the Pop Shop for one season... and when that season is up they leave the Pop Shop completely discussed in the lack of quality in its programs. Most important, most parents and children that have attended the POP SHOP leave the Pop Shop discussed with its owner Doug Bailey. I've never seen a man more hated in this industry. This place is a scam!
