The online e gift wasn't delivered to my son as promised. He never got the gift so I chatted online and couldn't resend. He was still with me, no card right information. I used PayPal to get it handled-it looks settled but has disappeared again from my checking account at our local Regions Bank. I have anti-virus plus a mobile app.
I wonder why it's not there so I again chat with a representative. I don't want many surveys or tracking cookies using my phone either. I just want the bad service to end. My advice is to be careful, it's the holidays.
I hope to get this resolved with everyone.

I was refunded, the item was never sent to my son . Uncanny, the shooting at United Healthcare was on TV then . I had strange texts and emails. One was from a representative at United Healthcare. What's the location possibly or connection if so ?
