The Oaks at Countrywood review: Change in management

The Oaks at Countrywood treats its residents with no respect and is consistently changing the contracts and rules to the park. Changing access to garbage services, pool access, clubhouse rental, etc. The management never returns calls or letters and ignores complaints and inquires. After you sign your contract to live here you are treated like serfs living on your Lord's land. From the accesses to SINKHOLES we are ignored and are shown disdain when interacting with the staff. Do not consider moving here regardless of the way it is presented to you. The home, corporate entity will also ignore any complaints. Equity Lifestyles communities should be avoided in general.
