I'm so upset with the way the staff are conducting them selves because this program saved my life from the awful violence Los Angeles homelessness, rape and violence I have been through unfortunately during this pandemic

The LA Grand Hotel currently occupied by The Salvation Army. I am a resident currently and as I am in tears greatful for this program, I have rights, I am a hopeful and successful woman whom unfortunately am a subject of Los Angeles Victims of Crime.

There's not enough space to explain my outcry here so key words:

roaches, Megan's Law employees (nochildallowed), rats, blck lungmold, bed bug infestation,7 day eviction, employee jumping residence, (racism), gunviolence as well as domesticviolence, gang stalking, undercover reporters, monkey pox, Covid 19 in the building, smoke area and dog restroom, staff confiscating drug parafinillia& unallowed electronics then personally resaling, 10 residence I personally associate with bitten by mysterious "spider bite". I cried for three days straight no assistance by nurses and no pain medicine allowed in building or administered bynurse (USC Pacific clinic heros came and gave me doxycycline antibiotic) restroom vent above toilet water falling water with electrical lights dangling (resident put on final contract with no warning for faultylight, falling out of roof above restroom sink... Something I literally had no control, left it dangling, I was written up for damageofproperty & not reporting a safety hazard), random room search's or entrance no locks. Every resident robbed for valuables while cleaning, mandatory wait in lobby rule while staff go in your room every three days. Security kissing residence by force or sexual harassing. No Key security let's you in 24/7. Personal threaten of eviction forexposing staff. Coed-prison. Bribery, pimping, staff abusing animals if left in room. Staff found taking nap in my room drinking my coffee... After returning from a smoke break. No sympathy for crisis survors experiencing trauma, more then 15 min break from room after 10, not allowed back in room until 7 am. I am pregnant I was four min late made me sleep on floor outside. Until 645 am. Night staff Color discrimination no "unblack residence allowed after 10, hispanic resident jumped by staff. Resident kicked out... employee's currently employed...

I am three months pregnant with my first baby, I can't sit here and let this continue. We are crisis survivors whom some have risked there lives to protect others and got the mis fire, veterans, mother's, grandparents, elders, rape survivors, ect... we just need a small opportunity to be human. Please help
