I'm so glad that I saved the ticket from this place. I asked first for a panini, the machene was broken, no panini. Ok, then I asked for the chicken parm. Took for ever to come, they wrapped and I walked to the gate were I'm travelling. Seat down and open the sandwiche, ahhhh no way that I could take a peace and eat, the whole sandwiche was covered with sauce and melted cheese. I went back to the store and asked if they have a plate and fork and knife. No, they dont have. I could not take the sandwich with my finger and eat, impossible with so much sauce and chesse! Conclusion: Trow my $ 10.81 in the garbage and went to board my flight without any food.
Can I please have my money back? Is not fear paying for something that is not way to eat.

My husband and I purchased 2 cups of coffee and 2 bagels on Sept 11, 2018 at 6:09 am from the Great American Bagel D at Charlotte Douglas International Airport. Check # 9796.
I cannot begin to tell you how difficult this purchase was. We were #2 in line, basically there was one person taking orders, one person filling the orders and a third manager looking person either counting money or looking at some paperwork right at the register.
I don't know why, but it required so much energy to get these items and the implements we needed along with them such as cream, jelly and one spreader. Nothing was where it could have been easily seen and dispensed. We had to request and re-request everything which resulted in a long line behind us.
I ordered my bagel with butter. I expected to receive a tiny package with a pat of butter/spread. Instead I received a bagel drenched in some type of greasy liquid that was soaking thru the wrapper.
Just a very frustrating way to start our travels.
