I ordered personalized golf balls on from them Leadtime online says 2-weeks it has been 6-weeks and they still can't get me a Leadtime ask to talk to a manager, and they are making me wait 24-48hrs for them to hopefully call me back when they have time. They blamed it on Titleist, so I called them myself and Titleist said they have no delays and Leadtime is 5days.

Recommendation: steer clear of personalized balls go straight to manufacture.
