The Burnes Building Apartment review: Didn't contact me for application

I applied for apartment in Hopkins, The Buren's Building. I talked to the manager Heather she were to send me a application to my phone I never got it. I told Heather that I was having trouble with my phone, she said someone would call me to come to the office and fill out the application no one did. Heather gave me apartment number 210, also I was waiting for my social security proof. I applied on the first of August. Yesterday I call and was unable to get anyone, later on I got a text saying that they no longer have a one bedroom apartment. Someone else have rented the apt. The manger name is Heather phone number is [protected]_ The Main office number is [protected]-ext170. Thank you so much now I have no place to live and I have to be out of this apartment by the thirty of September..
