I purchased a bracelet from The Awareness Store on or about April 03, 2021. Approximately 2 weeks later the bracelet fell apart. I was in the process of packing and moving and so it took me a while to contact the seller. I reached out to them in June of 2021 and did not hear anything from them. I reached out to them again approximately 3 weeks ago and still nothing. They have refused to even acknowledge me, therefore I am contacting you to see if you can get a refund for me. I personally wrote them twice and I sent the broken bracelet back to them.
I just noticed the email address so I will be emailing them when I am done here.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund and I have no intentions of ever purchasing anything from them again which i have already shared with them.
