TGI Fridays review: Food poisoning

I am writing to address an unfortunate incident that occurred because of the food served at your restaurant located at 14891 Biscayne Blvd North Miami Beach, Florida 33181 on 03/26/2022 at approximately 4:30pm.

At about 4:30 p.m., my sister I were seated at your establishment. We both ordered I ordered the ribs with two sides and drink from the bar, while my sister ordered a burger with fries and an alcoholic beverage. Upon eating my food, I noticed something odd and questionable about the ribs first the appeared under cooked, greasy and fatty, however the most significant oddity about these particular ribs were that they had long skinny bones almost similar to the size and width of a drinking straw which I hadn’t noticed until I had eaten until I reached the first bone.

I did ask to speak to a manager to advise of my curiosity of the type of meat asking for clarity and the poor quality the food and the service. Toyca was very friendly, helpful and apologetic in which she offered to replace the meal. While waiting for her to return to advise and clarify what those ribs were and for the replacement meal. I began to get feverish, nauseated with severe abdominal pain and then I started vomiting. I went to the nearest urgent care where I was diagnosed with food poisoning.
