TFG Insurance Dep review: Cell phone

My phone was stolen on the 11-09-21 went to the store to with with supporting documents for the insurance claim on the 12th and I called to enquire but was only captured on Friday the 17th of sep 2021 during the call on Monday the 20th I went to the store only to find thy authorized a wrong package after we called them again
Now am being told to wait for the 27th yet everytime I call I am being told abt 48hours. Am very disgusted by the service I'm paying for. This is so very incompetent
