I was instructed I had to pay for the service before they could help me. Later after payment was made I was told they couldn’t help me until after court. However after court my case was abated so I didn’t need the service. I reached out to eviction stoppers and was told I’d receive a refund in 5-7 days it’s been over a week and every time I call I get different excuses. First it was pending, then the manager had to approve it and he was in court, and the next day I was told the manger was out of the country.
