Kettle returned to supplier on 15.01.23 as it was switching off within seconds whilst being utilized. Was told cannot be replaced in spite of having a 2-year guarantee and furthermore was told by the agent that same will be replaced within 21 days. It's been over 21 days and I even communicated electronically to company but still haven't received any feedback. What is the reason for the guarantee? As a consumer, I should have been informed accordingly of how a guarantee works... Cos this is the first time that I have to go through such pathetic, service!
