Terry Cullen Southlake Chevrolet review: Warranty work on brake rotors and pads

Almost had 4 wrecks in my 2020 Chevy Colorado, when I go to stop I have a hard time braking. First time I took my truck to Terry Cullen, they said nothing was wrong with my truck, they were suppose to rotate and balance my tires, and change the oil, they didn't! Second time the shop foreman road with me and he felt the vibration. Third time on 6-8-2022 they called me and told me it was the brake rotors were warped and I needed to replace pads, also needed a right front tire replaced and recommended a brake flush. I asked why weren't the brakes and rotors warrantied, and she replied that because of my driving habits that is the reason why my brake rotors were warped. I was willing to do the brake flush and tire at customer pay. That wasn't going to happen since the service writer was so rude to me. I can't help that a million people moved to Atlanta and they cut you off, because they don't know how to drive, and your product failed to stop. I got 15500 miles on my truck you can see I don't drive a lot.
