Terraces review: Jerk holding for terraces in Prescott AZ

Rented a one bedroom in apartment at the Terraces at Glassford Hill in Prescott for my student attending Embry Riddle for 6 month waiting for a dorm room. We were required to pay a security deposit a $2034.00 a month. We were notified housing was available a month before the lease expired ad asked if we could terminate the lease at the end of the month and was told we had to give a 90 day written notice. We paid for the dorm and the continued to make the rental payment. Tried to get a prorated amount for the last month since it was only for 6 days, would not honor. Paid the full month. Keys were turned in on the 6th day. It’s been two and months and made several calls and emails to retrieve our funds. The account shows a credit balance but still have not been given the security deposit or balance from the full months rent minus the 6 days.
