See attached summary of the ridiculous runaround I received in trying to get warranty work completed on my washing machine (purchased from Teppermans in 2016) - for over 3 MONTHS!
So fed up in having to leave house and go to laundromat, I ended up having to purchase a NEW machine. Total b*s! Even the repairman that came to house couldn't believe the crap he read on my file!

Teppermans did nothing but pass the buck to WGI and offered no discount on a new machine - even notifying them how loyal a customer I've been!
