TenorShare TenorShare Data Recovery: Disappointing Results and Poor Customer Service

As someone who has experienced the frustration that comes with losing important data, I was excited when I came across TenorShare's website. Their claim that their software could recover lost data from a phone with a broken screen sounded too good to be true, but I was desperate and decided to give it a shot.

Unfortunately, after spending money on their product and attempting to recover my lost data, I found that the software was not able to retrieve anything from my phone. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated, and I immediately requested a refund less than an hour after my transaction.

To my dismay, the response from the vendor was far from helpful. They claimed that their software was only designed to fix software issues, not hardware problems like a broken screen, and that therefore, I wasn't eligible for a refund. They even went so far as to suggest that an unconditional refund would be unreasonable.

I was left out of pocket and still had to pay for a new screen, which was incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, the vendor's response made it sound like it would be difficult to cancel my auto-renewal without their help, which was concerning.

Overall, my experience with TenorShare was a waste of time and money. I don't think it's unreasonable to ask for a refund when a product fails to live up to its advertised claims, and I'm disappointed that the vendor's website seems to be filtered to display only positive reviews. I would caution anyone considering using their software to think twice before spending their money.

TenorShare Not Recommended: Frustrating Experience with TenorShare and Unsatisfactory Refund Policy

I recently had a frustrating experience with TenorShare and I would not recommend downloading or purchasing anything from them. I encountered an issue with my Apple iPad 7th generation on November 6th, where the Apple logo would flash but the device would not turn on. After multiple Youtube videos didn't provide a solution, I came across a video from TenorShare that featured the same problem I was facing. They offered a 100% 30-day money back guarantee and as a result, I decided to download the software they provided.

However, I was disappointed to learn that the software was not free and I had to pay for it. After a long wait, it finally downloaded but unfortunately, it did not fix the issue and my iPad still wouldn't turn on no matter how long I tried for.

As a result, I reached out to Apple and scheduled an appointment to take the device in for service. They identified two hardware issues that could not be fixed. I then reached out to Tenorshare to request a refund but was told that there would be no refund since there was a hardware issue with my device.

I argued that I had no way of knowing about the hardware issue and requested a full refund. In response, I was informed that I would only receive half of the amount. I was extremely upset with how TenorShare handled the situation and ultimately had to dispute the charge.

In conclusion, I would not recommend TenorShare to anyone based on my experience. The fact that they did not honor their promise of a full refund and only offered half the amount was unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and look for a more reliable company.

TenorShare Avoid TenorShare's Subscription Model: Reiboot Review and Unethical Commerce Practices

When my older iPad crashed while in the middle of updating to the latest iOS system, I was devastated. Unfortunately, I was not aware that I had iTunes backups on my computer, so in desperation, I decided to purchase a one-month subscription to Reiboot from TenorShare. However, what followed was probably the worst purchase I have ever made in my life.

After two days of trying, Reiboot did not function and I had to cancel my credit card to prevent TenorShare from charging me $30 every month. Although I was disappointed in the product's non-functionality, the real problem was when they refused to refund my money, as their website advertised. In addition, they ignored my repeated requests to cancel my auto-subscription, leaving me with no option but to dispute the initial charge and cancel my credit card.

It is worrying to note that even other customers have reported receiving invoices even after customer service confirmed their cancellation. Moreover, such practices by a US-based company possibly violate the legality of commerce in the country. It is highly alarming that they did not reply to my cancellation requests despite the multiple emails sent.

Fortunately, after much persistence and insistence, TenorShare eventually refunded my money in full. However, if you need to purchase TenorShare products, I recommend you not to opt for a subscription model or leave your credit card information on their site. Instead, choose a one-time payment deal to avert any issues. Although their products might work well for some people, it is important to avoid supporting a company that engages in illegal commerce practices.

TenorShare Fast and Efficient WhatsApp Transfer with TenorShare - A Review

Good morning!

When it comes to transferring WhatsApp conversations, files, videos and voice messages from one phone to another, the process can be tricky and sometimes not all of the content gets transferred properly. That's why I was thrilled to discover TenorShare - I was blown away by its functionality and efficiency!

Not only was it able to transfer all of my WhatsApp content completely, it also fixed errors that arose during the process. For example, when I upgraded from an old Samsung phone to a Note 20 Plus, Samsung was not pulling all the files and videos. It turns out Samsung places WhatsApp contents in separate folders when you upgrade from Samsung to Samsung. But TenorShare was able to transfer all files into the conversations and everything is working super fine now. This was a huge plus in my book!

The transfer was incredibly fast - the whole process took about 20 minutes for my 7.8GB of data. And the best part? No errors at all - just follow the instructions closely and you'll be good to go!

One thing I noticed in the instructions is that you should emphasize one particular step that isn't very clear: Before the final step of transferring the files into the new phone, the user MUST be logged in to WhatsApp on the new phone. It's in the instructions, but I think it would help to really highlight this step so that users don't miss it like I did.

Using the PC version was extra special. After repeating the process (because I was not logged in to WhatsApp on the new phone), the system did not ask me to restart from scratch - it used the backup that was already there! This meant I didn't need to re-activate WhatsApp on either my old phone or my new phone, which was a huge relief. If it had been otherwise, WhatsApp would have blocked my transfer. But with TenorShare, everything was seamless and smooth sailing.

Overall, I am absolutely thrilled with TenorShare and the incredible job it did in transferring all of my WhatsApp data. I tried over 3 other softwares, but none of them worked half as well as TenorShare did. Some other softwares do allow you to access files on either iPhone or Samsung, but transferring WhatsApp was only 100% successful with TenorShare!

Thank you so much for creating such an incredible product! Honestly, I am so impressed that I would like to request a lifetime license.
