I ordered a table from Telos Wood Creations (Eugene A Ferreira) based in Doringkloof, Centurion. Prior to delivery of the manufactured table, I was sent a picture of the table to be supplied & queried why table top appeared to be thinner than the product originally advertised. E Ferreira assured me that this was not the case. On delivering the table I noticed that the table top was not only thinner than the advertised product but some slats were warping as only 1 screw had been used to secure the top to the base. Despite undertaking to repair the table on five occasions, he has yet to repair the table, the top of which now appears to be splitting & cracks appearing between the table top slats.
Desired outcome: I would like a full refund for the table as I cannot trust this man to repair the table top based on the quality of his work produced thusfar or to be refunded the cost of having the table repaired independently.
My mother had a similar experience. Eugene was brought in to repair a table and chairs she received from my grandmother. When they came back, the tables top is completely skew, and he did not let the paint dry before closing the table, creating a mess. He has stated on numerous occasions that we would "come get the tables tomorrow, or Friday" and these days just never seem to come. He no longer accepts our phone calls, but he took our money without a blink. Absolutely an untrustworthy person, and I would advise not doing business with him, you will not be satisfied.
