Telechek Services review: Check acceptance

My Bank went through a recent merger and when I ordered new checks, the new bank routing number was automatically put on my new checks. Even though my old routing number will still work for my direct deposits the new routing number will not work with Telechek. It is not recognizing my account. My Bank has been trying to get this resolved as several customers are experiencing the same issue and they are getting no response from Telechek. Surely there is a form to update the information in their system to recognize both routing numbers. This has been very frustrating.
