Richard Senko, owner of Technsports, sold me a $26 damaged sweater on ebay, without any indication of the damage in the item description. While returning the sweater and a $60 dress, the address labels accidentally got switched, so Richard received a much more valuable item. He first tried to accuse me of admitting that I repeatedly send wrong packages, then tried to refund me only $8, and refused to return the dress altogether. He lied about the original item description, accused me of trying to cheat him, then stole a package that was not meant for him. His Ebay rating of 100% must be fake somehow; this person does not have professional business integrity.
Country of complaint: United States
Desired outcome: Boycott Richard Senko's stores and businesses.
As someone who has been on eBay for 20 years and knows Tech - who happens to be the #1 seller of clothing on all of eBay, your post is simply libel in it's simplest form. Go shop and a brick and mortar store. The fact that you deliberately went out and sought his name shows exactly what your intent was. You should should be sued for everything you have. Then again, if you need to do something like this, you probably don't have a pot to piss in.
