TeamLava solicited and accepted almost $1500 from me for gems used in their game named Bakery Story. The gems were required by TL(TeamLava) to purchase appliances above the maximum free, to purchase cute deco, to complete recipes and construction instantly (rather than wait days for completion), and to purchase items necessary to complete goals. TL suddenly overnite without prior notice doubled the costs but failed to give any increase, resulting in difficulty continuing to use my purchased game property. After I sent a complaint to TL, I realized that TL had outsourced my game identity and passcodes to "Agents" that use Chinese political censorship tactics adverse to US citizens. The Agents have repeatedly blocked my access to my property for using the word "black out" after joining other players in a protest against the TL actions. The Agents falsely allege I violated rules by using inappropriate language, "boycott" or "blackout" by using my colored floor tiles to write those words ion my floor. The Agent also falsely alleged that writing on my floor disrupted Service to others- where it is well known that other players can simply not visit my bakery if my bakery distresses them. Additionally, TL has permanently stored and locked at least one of my purchased goal items away from me. This is America where we have freedom of speech and consumer protection laws. The game creator and Server is in California. They have my money and my property. I want it back and I want TL to be held to American law.

Yes I have played many of their games, castle story, candy blast mania, farm story etc. I have now stopped playing as they are just so greedy! What they do with gem traps I'm sure is possibly theft. Everything is designed to make you ACCIDENTALLY spend money. This is at best immoral. No other games are this obnoxious in their quest for cash. People would probably spend more money on the games, if they knew they weren't going to be conned out of it minutes later.

The are just criminals, plain and simple. Their gem traps are the most outrageous thing I have ever encountered. They have morals and zero respect for paying customers. Also, the prices they charge for everything from

I too have played Bakery Story. What started out as an enjoyable game, back in February of 2012, with neat graphics and, for the most part, a warm and welcoming community of fellow bakers, has turned sour for me. I have been a victim of unexpected gem traps created by TL to trick players into buying gems, tucked into a series of pop ups you must navigate to get into your bakery. Many have requested that Team Lava fix this by adding an, "Are you sure?" prompt, which already exists in another part of the game. However, they refuse, preferring greed over a desire to improve their game for the benefit of their customers. Then, in early September, things became a bit disturbing. During a weekly update, Team Lava doubled the prices to bake items, decorate and expand your bakery overnight, without any prior notice. Now, I understand, this is just a game, and I probably would have just gotten bored and quit, but what happened next is what really grabbed my attention. Sweet, unassuming, moms, grandmas and young adults alike, began to band together to protest their displeasure with Team Lava's recent update. Protest the recent price hikes, boycott Team Lava! And they started to rebel. Team Lava did not like this, oh no! They started banning players for writing about the boycott on their bakery walls. Ironically, boycott is not an acceptable word in Team Lava's vocabulary, nor is blackout or even glitch, as in system glitch, of which there are many. Really, any negative mentions about Team Lava are "frowned upon". That is when I started paying attention to what they were saying. I did some research online and what I found out has uncovered the unscrupulous business tactics, horrendous customer service, out right censorship and retaliation of Team Lava against their own players. Paying customers, for the most part, mind you. Better Business Bureau has given them a D rating and an F for customer service. I have stopped playing this game but continue to protest (Yeah, I said it!) against this company's greedy trickery, shameful censorship and utter disregard of their customers/players. It is the principle of the matter! I have posted negative comments on their forum, which they have deleted! I have posted negative ratings on I Tunes App Store, left messages on their Tumblr wall, and now here.

there are many words are censored by teamlava in game. e.g. "palringo| which is a chatting app for friends to gather around was claim as "inappropriate" word. This is ridiculous for them to block user from contacting or what?
I agree that Teamlava is censoring people from discussing any bad review of their game and removing any comment that is questioning them in their own forum
