Teachable has been withholding my payouts (over €10,000) for more than 8 weeks, despite all identity verification being fully completed and Stripe (their payment processor) confirming that my account is fully approved and has no issues.
I have opened multiple support tickets, sent formal legal notices, contacted Stripe (Ticket #21939918), escalated publicly via LinkedIn, and even attempted to call Teachable's support number directly — where the agent answered, said "Hi," and then hung up without any assistance.
Teachable has:
- Ignored my tickets
- Closed requests without resolution
- Provided no timeline, no explanation
- Failed to escalate the issue to Trust & Safety as requested
- Hung up on direct calls
This behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially for a platform that handles creators’ money.
I strongly advise anyone considering using Teachable to think twice before trusting them with their payouts or businesses.
I am continuing my escalation publicly and legally until this issue is fully resolved.
