The worst experience ever, I tried to resolve the issues I have with this company for months, they take weeks before responding to my e-mails or phone calls, I have proof, now I'm seeking a buy out so I can start fresh with a more serious factoring company, but they are not responding to the e-mails of the new factoring company, they want to retain me even if I don't have a contract or factor any loads with them.
Desired outcome: I want my release letter and a list of all the outstanding invoices so that I can get a buy out with the new company I will review this and confirm with the carriers if the invoice was paid or not.
