Taylor Kia review: Seeking a car loan

On 7-7-22, I went looking to purchase a car at Taylor Kia of Boardman located in Youngstown Ohio. I was met by a light skinned gentlemen by the name of Taylor.

I explain to him that I had a loan company that was already giving me a loan for the car and all I needed was to pick the car out and send them the information.

He then stated that he would take my information and that he would bring some cars out for me to choose from.

After waiting for a minute, he then came back and ask me to sign a paper just to see if I could get a better deal with their financing.

After I signed the paper, he then left for about 10-15mins and came back with a 2012 kia Sportage. It had 93k miles on it and he was asking 16k for the car. I immediately told him that I didn't like the car but would check it out. I then proceeded to do a vin check on the car. While doing that he asked what I was doing. I told him. After that he says we can do that here that I didn't need to do that. I said that it would be fine and that I can do it. I then told him that I didn't want the car and asked if he could bring another one. He then got very hostile with me saying he didn't know want I wanted. I told him again that I had a Leander and that all I needed him to do is show me cars. He then stated being very disrespectful to me to the point I just said that I was fine I would deal with someone else. We had words and I left.

Later I found out that this guy ran my credit 13times asking for a loan for over 18k.

My credit was effect because of him. I attempted to make a complaint with the store manager, and he was never around and never called me back.
