My tax refund from the IRS was supposed to have been direct deposited in my checking account. Due to an error on the part of Intuit Turbo Tax in giving an incorrect account number at my bank, the refund could not be deposited at my bank. They had failed to fill in my correct bank account number on my federal tax form. So, the refund was kicked back to the IRS who in turn sent the refund to TaxProductsGroup.com who is supposed to have sent my refund to me by regular mail. This company told me that my tax refund check was mailed on March 4th, 2022 and would take 7 to 10 business days to arrive in my mailbox. I have yet to see my refund and I cannot get a straight answer from Tax Products Group as to when I will receive my tax refund. To make matters worse, the company is charging me a $30.00 handling fee to print a check, a check that has not arrived as of yet. I don't understand why the IRS turned over the sending of a tax refund check to an outside company instead of just send me a check themselves. I cannot get any cooperation from TaxProductsGroup even though I have called them half a dozen times trying to set a straight answer concerning my tax refund. On top of that, every time I call it is normal to have to wait upwards of an hour or more to talk to a person. I want my tax refund because I am a veteran on a fixed income and I need the money to buy food. Secondly, I should not have to pay a $30 dollar fee to this poor company which keeps slow walking my tax refund to me. Please help this veteran.

On February 25,2022 TPG received my IRS refund in the amount of $4,090. My NYS & IRS taxes were filed via turbo tax simultaneously using identical direct deposit account information. NYS taxes without delay as does my weekly pay. For the second year in a row my IRS taxes were rejected by Green Dot bank. On March 3 TPG received the rejected IRS refund of $4090. Over the course of two weeks various information was given regarding the check. March 14 TPG advised me a check "was mailed on the 7th". March 15 (attached recording) TPG automated system stated the check was "issued on March 15, TPG website (attached) showed a cashiers check was issued. Later that afternoon, March 15,, rep ID#0144 states "On March 3 we have received the funds however we have been experiencing an internal issue and the funds are being sent to you as we speak. " With the issue of a a returned check fee for an "internal issue " rep ID 0144 stated I would 'need to speak to the bank" . All requests to speak with a supervisor, arrange an EFT or overnight the check were declined. The attached audio includes fraudulent statements with a clear disregard for the proper handling of Federal Funds. So am I... I am so sick of this Bs this is not rt I've been waiting on my initial return since Feb 4 ,then I file an imendity form got it nortized and then they told me give them up to 5 days to print the check up to 7 to 10 days for it to be delivered that was a month ago this fraudulent activity is not right and how are they just sitting here getting away with this

Well in my case the web site stated that my check was issued on 3/22/2022 and it is now 6/8/2022 and they have my $10,890 tax return and i have been trying to contact these people for the last 3 weeks every day and i start right when they open at 7am and always on the phone for longer then 2 hours just to be hung up on or the line just goes cilent iv only ever spoke with one person and that was over a month go and she sent me a identaty form via email and i had to get it filled out and notorized and sent back and i even over nighted it with a fee of $26 on top of there $30 fee im goibg to be charged for a new check but yet i never recived the thfirst one and its not my fault they couldnt depositin my bank account for some odd reason when iv had the same account for the last 4 years and never had a problem till this year and this all started because they tried to send it to an account i have not had in almost 6 years so how they messed that up i have no idea either but im so mad at this point idk what to do or where to turn for help bc but i do no i need my flipping return im a single mom of 4 boys ranging from 16 to new born and im over all the hoops and them not speaking to me about this so does any one have any ideas on what i should do about this bc i need my money like now when i origanly should of had it back on the 15th of febuary to start with ugh ... I'm experiencing the same thing. Been on hold 4 times for an hour+ just to be hung up on. Class action law suite is most needed.
Called for months to be told I have to call to tell them to send my money to its because they can't do change of address then I get to someone just for them to tell me they can't find me in they system all of a sudden then I ask to speak to manager just to be disconnted and then call back I been on hold for 2hours and still no answer. So I'm now looking to go after them for my money and pain and suffering and anything else I'm in tilted to because I lost my car home and all behind them holding my money and not answer calls emails or nothing.
I will be calling and going to the tax office to report them and the fraud this is crazy and unexpected and the its should of know and should be handling this issue because its thief from the its as well as tax payers and then for the tax office to send the money and then not follow up or correct issues with the people they send to is crazy because if it was the other way around the company would be shut down and have to pay back all money plus so this is real be
