Tax Product Group review: My refund

Tax product group has my refund and will not give it to me they have had it since march 1st 2022 the irs said there is nothing they can do tpg has told me lie after lie after lie they said the irs has a hold on it they said they have mailed, me checks now they say they are sending it to the irs and that they do not have supervisors however they did give turbo tax there fee I owed and now they just refuse to give me my refund for almost 2 months now I have lost my vehicle im about to be homeless with my children im in serious debt now and have hardship they wont tell me the truth at all the irs said I have to get the money from tpg please hekp me
