TATA Capital Housing Finance Limited. review: Home Loan

I purchased studio apartment at Imperia Elvedor,Sector 37C, Gurugram, Haryana, India in May 2012 and availed Home Loan from TATA Capital Housing Finance Limited.

1. Its more than 11 years and still there is no sign of handing over the flat.

2. There is no update or response from the Builder Imperia Elvedor

3. In total I have paid more than INR 38,00,00 and paying EMI of Rs. 26,609 per month to TATA Capital

Concern /Compliant:

1. It seems there is nexus between Imperia builder and TATA Capital Hoising Finance Limted to fool the Customers

2. Because every Home lending company does thourough due diligence before approving the project for Home Loan lending

3. Has TATA Capital followed the process ?

Please do not buy any flat from Imperia builder and Please do not avail Home loan service TATA Capital Housing Finance Limted
