TalkAI review: Not listening to my requests

In early 2024 or mid 2024, the company TalkAI added a pop-up message saying "Try TalkAI Premium" in the website https://talkai.info and it would appear when talking to the chatbot and it's annoying right now because I did request them to remove that but they declined it and says they cannot assist. However, they increased the amount of times it would appear on the user's side in the free version which is annoying to me and it is considered spamming. It would appear randomly when using the chatbot. And as of today's date, this issue is still going on and they never removed that and I contacted them to remove it but they still did not do it.

How I know the address of the company: Mentioned in https://talkai.info/contact-us/ at the bottom of the website

Here is the banner on what it says in the picture (this is as of May 2025 in the picture and it could be changed overtime and I'll add a comment about the update on what it says if there is any changes but I won't update it everytime. This is not spamming as I want to tell you what is on the picture):

There is a option to close the banner but it would appear the same thing again after a few minutes

There is a billing option to choose from monthly or yearly (which mentions "Save up to 40%")

The picture shows yearly and the options were this (this is the info I will share on the yearly side and I might to the monthly side in the next comment):

What it contains (the exact text seen in the picture for all of the options but note that the currency is USD on my side and your side could be different):

That is all it and even with all of this, this pop-up message is annoying and as mentioned before, it keeps popping up after a few minutes after it's closed

I would say this leads to a user decline by 2030 and 2050 if this is not removed soon. Here is a estimated guess on what the usage of the chatbot by 2030 is if there's no pop-up message like this and if there's a pop-up message (total user base):

Estimated total user base usage in 2025: 1,000-15,000 users
Estimated total user base usage in 2030 without the pop-up banner: 50,000-300,000
Estimated total user base usage in 2030 with the pop-up banner: 10,000-30,000 or less users (if not addressed right)

Here is the same thing but this is the order of daily use for users (estimated):

Estimated daily use in 2025: 50-1,000 users
Estimated daily use in 2030 without the pop-up banner: 20,000-50,000 users or most likely 10,000-30,000 users
Estimated daily use in 2030 with the pop-up banner: 1,000-5,000 users

Note that this info is not accurate and this is my guess. This represents improvements if this pop-up banner was removed before 2030. Now let's say it's still not removed in 2030 and there are people online saying about this thing that is the problem and let's say they filed a complaint here. Now the usage might start to decline. Here is the estimated time when it could go bankrupt (in the future after 2030): [protected]

Now the usage in 2050 (if this company is still here) will be different. Here is the same thing as the ones in 2030 and see if any changes in 2050:

Estimated total user base in 2050 without the pop-up banner: >500,000 users
Estimated total user base in 2050 with the pop-up banner: 100,000 users
Estimated daily use in 2050 with the pop-up banner: 5,000-15,000 users

In conclusion, it's important to listen what the users say, even if somebody filed a complaint
