scratches on the back of the watch
After we go back on the ship, we noticed scratches on the back of the watch where the model and serial #s were etched in. It was curious that the only scratches (all close to gether) were in that spot. It would appear as if someone had deliberately tried to remove those numbers.
Our concern is for warranty coverage. The store told us not to worry but I asked the USA office of Tag for a replacement and no action to date.
I also complained to Tag Heuer's USA office in Miami and they had promised a month ago to address this and have not.

I bought a charger for my watch from Emirates mall , I had my watch with me and the guy gave me a charger but it was not charging effectively. now after I found my original charger I noticed that he gave me the 42 mm charger and not the 45 as my watch
Problem I don't have the receit but the order is done under my phone [protected]
The after sales support is pathetic. The Sandton store will only advise in 6 weeks why the watch is not charging.
I find this ludicrous after sales support for a watch that costs a small fortune.
My confidence in the brand is gone
I bought a connected watch from UAE and after 2 months it stopped working suddenly while it was on charging and when I submitted it to store they claimed it has a scratch and therefore it is out of warranty. This is completely unacceptable to me and i would like to report this.
