T-Mobile / Metro PCS review: Return my $34,000.00

My phone was hacked on 10-16-21, I have not received a response to this from Lorien Giles for over a week, I need to get this resolved as $34,000.00 was hacked/ stolen from my Coinbase account through my Simm card on my cell phone, I need help to get this settled.
