T Mobile and Metro PCS review: Complaint

To whom it may concern I went to the t mobile store in 5813 Leesburg pike falls church va. I went there and I asked the girl that was working there if they have a plan for a phone line she said to me yes they have a plan for $25 plus a one time fee for $ 10 I agreed to the plan. she right away charged my debit cart for $37 and some change. then I handed her my phone and she said that my phone is locked and that the phone plan won't work. She told me to go to the place where I bought the phone and asked them to unlock it there. And she won't give me my money back.. so then I went to the metro pcs store where I purchased my phone to unlock my phone and said to me no they cant. No were in their store policy states that they will lock the phone if you no longer choose to continue with them. I purchased the phone from them they have me in their system and they won't unlock the phone. Their address is the metro pcs (6039 Leesburg pike)
