Synergy Fitness Clubs review: Gym Membership

MAN. Its FOUR months I've been trying to cancel my membership with no luck. Sent in a certified letter, showed up MULTIPLE times, and the bills just keep coming.. ALSO got straight up hood rat verbally shat on top of on three different encounters by a she male named employee Cassandra... She's the one with zero definition and acts like she's pumped up on testosterone. Honestly felt like i was existing in her Orange is the New Black flashback during my last encounter.

As you can see from my previous reviews, I write primarily on my positive experiences. Customer service is very important to me and I prefer to report on positivity unless my hand is forced with a threatening/hostel experience. Based on this employee's behavior, SYNERGY on 184 Lexington gets a ZERO and goes down as being the WORST customer service experience of my life. This location's employe(s) need to be trained so this doesn't happen to another honest customer.

After being verbally abused by employee Cassandra the third time, I was inclined to do some research. Turns out this location specifically ( and I stress, not the other locations) has quite a few accounting/cancelation complaints on the better business bureau site. I am also not the first to have been verbally attacked by employee Kassandra, but hopefully the last.

So take it with a grain of salt, a scoop of whey protein, or however you like.. Cause you're gonna take it up the ace if this location gets wind of you trying to cancel.. Good Luck!
