Switch Health review: Covid Testing at Pearson Airport, Terminal 1, Toronto, Canada

This company is a disgrace. $100 million dollar contract from the Canadian Government, and they lose tests, get phone numbers wrong, delay people from leaving quarantine, and put sticks up people's noses to get swabs without permission. This is against the Nuremberg code and is an assault on the person, which would attract punitive damages in court. The nose bled, of course, for 4 hours, and I was left with clotted, dried blood in the nostril for a week after it had finally stopped. This meant I had to pay for yet another test, by saliva, in order to get out of quarantine. Cost for that? $179.00 using another company.

Their testing area was a shambles, people milling around - there were probably many cases of covid passed around that day (25th November 2021). I sent the CEO Marshall Myles, a letter by courier outlining my complaint, and asking what he proposed to do about it. To date, I have received no reply. (25th February 2022) There is much evidence online on Facebook, Twitter and Google (over 150 reviews in the negative.) To add insult to injury, I had negative results from a PCR test taken the day before, and valid for 72 hours, to cover an eventuality such as this.
