This is exactly happened last year 3rd week of August 2022 they we're offer to us a travel tour going to hongkong for 10days and I already paid 5,600aed through my debit account. They said that I can use it this year and it's valid for 3 yrs when the time I want to use my purchase of travel and tour they not responding my call emails and Whatsapp. Also I go to their office but the neighbors said they transferred to dubai. I have all the receipts and documents from them (proof of purchase).
Desired outcome: I want get my money back if they can't give my travel to hongkong
