My order arrived very late and badly damaged with missing parts.
I informed the company straight away and asked for am immediate replacement. This was over a week ago and I have still not received the replacement and the company is ignoring my messages and not answering the phone.
I placed the order 3 weeks ago for a product that I urgently need.
Appalling service.
