Swami International (Gardena) Property Management review: Apartment rental

Since January 2022, bathroom fixtures have not worked properly.

Hot water leakage several times after repairs.

Shower head not working.

Shower turn on not working.

Bathtub handles would not turn off water on sever occasions

Termites - since 2017 (fixed) back again and property manage was informed earlier this year (2022) but they have done nothing about the problem at the front door.

Termites and mold (under sink) noticed immediately after move in date (Feb 2017)

*took them 3 to 6 months to fix
