Ordered Nerf Bars from SV Customs website using the shop by vehicle option.  Received nerf bars a few days later, but the wrong bars.  Immediately call SVC to inform them of their mistake at which time I was told that they would look into it. Look into it ? Well ... ok ... Received call a few days later to inform me that it wasn t their fault and that I would have to pay for return shipping? Wow really ?  How did I make a mistake when I used the their web site platform, shopping by vehicle? Ridiculous. I even have the e-mail confirmation with my vehicle information on it ?  Wowwwww ... Needless to say I cancelled my order with them and paid for return shipping ($53) and filed a complaint with the local BBB. Long story short, I'm out of $300. I've shopped at Amazon, Ebay and other retailers online for 35 years and  I 've never dealt with such rude and discourteous people in my life.  Also, if you look on their website, you ll see that if you do order something, "you" will have to get it insured!  It seems that these amateurs don t want to be responsible for anything?  Beware ... don t order from these fools ... you will surely regret it.  Look at AutoAnything.com, I ve had nothing but great products and service from them. Good luck and let the buyer beware!

Hi James, thanks for the supporting comment. I filed a complaint with the local Marietta Ohio BBB. SV Customs unwilling to resolve complaint. Post your story wherever you can, to inform other unsuspecting victims. You can file a complaint at CantonBBB.org also.
Thanks for the comment

First of all, Had SV Customs not made the mistake in the "first place", I would not have had an issue. I see you're STILL not willing to accept responsibility for your mistake. Gee ... I wonder why I'm "not the only one" who's had this same problem? Yes, you accepted a return request but "i" had to pay for return shipping? Thats not a courtesy AH ! It was your responsibility to pay for return shipping because it was your mistake in the first place. You sent my proper vehicle confirmation in an e-mail, so what are you talking about? "You" asked me to return to the manufacturer, not SV Customs. Since you're having trouble with the truth, I'll post your e-mail. Also, I sent via UPS, not Fed Ex and I didn't insure it ... yes my mistake ... but your company is unprofessional and discourteous. As a business owner, If there was any question as to a mistake being made, I would have entended the courtesy to my customer, you rude Jerk ! Dont try to kiss up to James, his credit card company already paid for your mistake. Also don't try to make me look like the disgruntled customer, you're a liar and the longevity of your success is short because of it. Posting your e-mails

DONT ORDER FROM THESE FOOLS. GO ONLINE AND CHECK THEIR REVIEWS. THEY ARE NOT CERTIFIED BY THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THEY GIVE THEM A C+ . YOU WILL GET BETTER TREATMENT AND SERVICE FROM AUTOANYTHING.COM. THE INFORMATION ON SV CUSTOMS WEBSITE IS OUTDATED AND INACCURATE. THEY'RE NOT CERTIFIED BY ANYONE LEGITIMATELY. ALSO, BE SURE YOU READ THEIR POLICIES, FOR EXAMPLE ... THEY WANT YOU TO INSURE YOUR ORDER, THAT THEY ARE SHIPPING TO YOU? WHO EVER HEARD OF THAT? ANYWAY, STAY AWAY AND GOOD LUCK SOMEWHERE ELSE. BEWARE !

James, I am not aware of your issue but would be more than glad to take a look at it. What is your order number? At Svcustoms we do admit our mistakes and we do take care of them. We also expect that if a customer makes a mistake then they accept responsibility. LeighFlo, I am aware of your situation. You did make the mistake and we did accept your return request. The issue that you have is that you returned the item to the "manufacturer", not us and Fedex damaged the item. The manufacturer will not accept a damaged return. We told you to file a claim with Fedex, as you were the shipper. You told us you did not insure the shipment, which means you are out of the money and product. I do apologize for this situation, but the issue you have is with Fedex not Svcustoms. If the eproduct would have been received back you would have received credit. It is not our fault you did not pay for insurance when shipping the item back.

Dealing with same issue! They sent nerf bars that dont fit vehicle and I have to pay shipping to return them. What a joke this company is. Buyer beware! Thank goodness my credit card company stands behinds its customers unlike this merchant. They are repaying me for any expense this costs me. It SHOULD come from the merchant though.
