Suwanee Creek Enterprises Air review: Conditioner repair

This company stated they would dispatch a technician to repair air conditioner (95 degrees outside, 86 degrees inside) between 3pm and 6pm but no one showed up or called. The next day a technician showed up and did whatever he claimed to do but it was still not working. I called to report the problem and was told they would follow up but still no one called and they have closed for the day with no phone call explaining anything. Meanwhile, they have been paid for services.
