Supaflu review: False representation 1

There was a contractor of SUPAFLU at a booth, at the Rochester Fair, Rochester NH. His product was perfect for our situation at home, so my wife and I were seriously thinking of having the work done, We just needed a cost. A week past and S.G. Joy, the contractor for Supaflu company never contacted us, so I call the main headquarters in Bidderford Maine, and spoke with James Howe One of the owners. He told me that Joy was having problems and not the first time he heard that he didn’t return calls.

James Howe assured me that he would be at my home 9:30 AM on Friday, today. After 10:00 I call James on his cell, which he gave me and said he decided to give my joy another chance and wasn’t going t o step in between a long term contractor and a potential customer. I told him I wasn’t happy with dealing with anyone who isn’t responsible enough to keep an appointment, my time is valuable too. James then said well we did a credit check and found you were not worthy of making payments. First off it is against the law to run a credit check without a signature. If he did he would have found us, my wife and I to be more the able to pay the bill, which we have done with all other contractors, IMMEDIATELY! Only conclusion here is SUPAFLU, the owner, James Howe and S.G. Joy, the contractor are offering something they are unable to provide and do not have to responsibility enough to a potential customer to either call and cancel or finish an oral contract. Supaflu cannot be trusted.

James Howe either lied about the credit check as an excuse not to do his job or did a credit check illegally. Supa Flu owners and contractor has kept me from repairing my flue, which according to them is extremely dangerous to use.
